Co Jordan FunDay!

10-21-13!!!! Oh yeah, my first ever blog post of my entire life. Don't know how to start. My mind is overflowing of ideas (such a weirdo!!). Anyhow, just a quick info 'bout me. I'm Divine Grace Torres from Cebu City. My colleagues call me "Atchie" and my relatives call me "Divine", well you can call me eithe of the two (but I love it with the A..). I am 22 (i think, lol) and loves to travel (hopefully). So let's begin.

Sunday - 10/20, we went to this fishing restaurant and have heard a lot about it. That's where we celebrated Kuya Calvin's birthday. This restaurant - Co Jordan Talaba and Bangus is located in Consolacion, Cebu - one of the popular fishing spots; and what would I expect??? Fishing! Going there is easy, first you take a jeepney going to SM Consolacion and from there you take a tricycle going to Co Jordan (no need to worry 'coz there's a big signage to where Co Jordan is) I like the place, it gives me the feel of being in the province and yes fishing it is. What I did not expect is the fun that we are about to experience as the day passes.

Above is an image taken at the front of the place we rented. That is room for people/goers who want to stay overnight. The cottage that we rented is priced P150/3 hrs, excess per hour is P50 - how is that!! Very affordable. The pond is big and not a lot of fishes you can catch - I mean of different kinds. As the restaurant name goes, 'Talaba and Bangus' , we only caught bangus (P170/kilo). But I think they have a lot of seafoods, I was not able to see the menu but what I saw on our table are baked scallops & talaba, grilled pork and fish, plate of shrimps (in butter & garlic, spicy flavor), theirs tinola (fish) and a whole lot more. The place has faucets near the pond for easy washing of your hands. I don't know how much is the rod. I was just waiting for my Uncle to give me one (nyahahah).

Below is another view of the place:

Another photo above is my siZums, and the rest are my relatives fishing and trying to fish (oh my!!). The place is  nice but what I worry is when kids roam around running. You just have to have adults in the place - I mean the parents should really watch over them. :) I had fun fishing (we caught 8 kilos all in all just for bangus), eating at their place and sharing laughs at the same time. I would recommend this place for family gatherings and reunions. Thumbs up!!! Below are few of the photos we took. Feel free to view then... 'Til my next blog!

Here's to the fishes we caught:
